建築環境評估

BEAM Plus is Hong Kong's leading initiative to offer independent assessments of building sustainability performance. Managed by the Hong Kong Green Building Council (HKGBC) and the BEAM Society, it provides a comprehensive set of performance standards for the design, construction, and operation of buildings

綠建環評 (BEAM Plus) 是香港領先的建築可持續發展表現獨立評估計劃。該計劃由香港綠色建築議會 (HKGBC) 及 建築環保評估協會 (BEAM Society) 管理，為建築物的設計、建造、及營運提供了一套全面的性能標準。

Certification Categories | 認證類別
New Buildings (NB): For new construction, major additions, or alterations.
新建建築 (NB)： 適用於新建築項目、重大增建或改裝工程。

Existing Buildings (EB): For the management, operation, and maintenance of buildings already in use.
既有建築 (EB)： 適用於現有建築的管理、營運及維修保養。

Interiors (BI): For fit-out, renovation, and interior design of offices, retail, and residential spaces.
室內建築 (BI)： 適用於辦公室、零售空間及住宅的裝修、翻新及室內設計。

Neighbourhood (ND): For large-scale master-planning at the inception stage.
社區 (ND)： 適用於項目初期的大規模規劃設計。
